Dean Evans & Associates (DEA) has been in the business of room scheduling and event management software since 1986 when it developed a custom solution for a facility that needed a better way to manage its rooms, resources, and endless detail for the thousands of events it hosted each year. The result was the Event Management System (EMS), a software application that handled everything from initial contact with the customer to final settlement of their bill.
