Tracking meeting and event-related Resources like A/V equipment or food & beverage is easy with the all-new Resources Module. When selecting inventoried resources in the Reservation Navigator, the system prevents shortages by warning you before overbooking. Resource requirements are then printed on Confirmations, the Setup Worksheet and a new Resource Schedule report.
