Dean Evans & Associates Signs New Church & Temple Clients to Calendar Management
Software
DENVER -- Dean Evans & Associates (www.dea.com)
has signed five new clients in the church and congregation marketplace to its EMS
Lite, Professional and Enterprise scheduling products. The Denver-based company
has now added nearly 50 new clients in this market alone since June, bringing to
more than 1,000 the total number of church and congregation customers served by
its event management and resource scheduling software.
New clients signed by Dean Evans & Associates in the last few months include:
- New Life Community Church, Artesia, Calif., EMS Lite.
- Temple Emanu-El of Westfield, N.J., EMS Professional.
- St. Matthews United Methodist Church of Bowie, Md., EMS Lite.
- Saddleback Church, Lake Forest, Calif., EMS Enterprise.
- Chapel Hill Presbyterian Church of Gig Harbor, Wash., EMS Professional.
Prior to EMS, the New Life Community Church and St. Matthews United Methodist Church
were both scheduling using manual calendaring systems. Kevin Raasch, executive vice
president of Dean Evans & Associates, said its not uncommon for many churches
to still be struggling with the pencil and paper manual entry method.
“Many churches and congregations are discovering that do-it-yourself scheduling
or a simple automated calendar can’t handle their complex scheduling needs,” said
Raasch. “They face great challenges in the scheduling of important and valuable
community services, events and classes. EMS software handles the scheduling so churches
and congregations can serve their communities.”
Dean Evans & Associates’ EMS Lite, Professional, and Enterprise give churches
and congregations a choice of products and capabilities to schedule and manage meetings,
parking, facilities, classrooms, audiovisual equipment, food services and open spaces.
Web-enabled modules for each product provide fully interactive, real-time access
to event information via the Internet.
