Dean Evans & Associates to Relocate its Headquarters

Scheduling software company's steady growth necessitates move to larger facility

DENVER -- Dean Evans & Associates (www.dea.com) announced today that the company will be changing locations in early December. While remaining in the Denver Tech Center area, the scheduling software firm will move into an office with nearly double the square footage of their current location. “We won’t fill the space up immediately,” says Kevin Raasch, executive vice president of Dean Evans & Associates. “But as we’re on a pace to add more than 300 new customers to our client base by the end of 2003, it’s likely that we will be hiring in 2004 and we’ve essentially reached capacity at our current site.”

Effective December 1, the company’s address will be:

Dean Evans & Associates, Inc.
5613 DTC Parkway
Suite 1250
Greenwood Village, CO  80111-3097

Phone numbers will remain the same: 303-771-0110 or 800-440-3994.

Founded in 1986, Dean Evans & Associates has experienced steady, consistent growth in both staff count and revenue throughout its 17-year history. “The availability of additional space in our new office will allow us to maintain the staffing levels required to deliver excellent service and support,” says Raasch. “That will be especially important in the coming year as we will be releasing new versions of all of our event management systems.” The company will also be announcing an entirely new product in 2004.

As for the logistic challenges of relocating an entire company, Raasch says, “We’ve got a detailed plan in place to ensure that this transition will be seamless to our customers, vendors and prospects.”
