Second Annual EMS Corporate Summit held in New York City

Held at the New York City headquarters of one the world’s largest financial services companies, the event was attended by representatives from 25 industry leaders in fields ranging from law to IT consulting to corporate accounting.

Among the topics of discussion at the Summit were the challenges these organizations face in rolling out a room scheduling application to a global audience, and how the even greater flexibility in the latest versions of EMS simplify that task. "When you’re operating offices worldwide, you have to address some very diverse facility scheduling and resource management needs," says Kevin Raasch, executive vice president of Dean Evans & Associates. Also demonstrated were new interactive floor plan functionality and an enhanced scheduling kiosk program.
