EMS Facility Scheduling and Calendaring Software to be Focus of “EMS Lunch & Learn” Event in Denver

Room and resource scheduling, online community calendaring, shared workspace management (hoteling) among topics to be discussed by existing and prospective customers

5 Jul 2007

DENVER -- Dean Evans & Associates (www.dea.com) a leading provider of meeting and event management, academic scheduling and online calendaring systems today announced plans for a free “Lunch & Learn” forum in Denver, home of their corporate headquarters. The event, which will focus on their Event Management Systems (EMS) product line, will take place July 25th at the Tivoli Student Union. While the company has conducted industry-specific Lunch & Learns in cities throughout the U.S., the Denver session will be the first to include attendees from all the different markets they serve.

“Lunch & Learns are a great opportunity for existing customers, and those considering our products, to hear about the latest system enhancements, discuss best practices and get to know some of the other facility management professionals in the area,” said Sean Mulvey, director of sales. “We also use these sessions to gather the feedback that drives our software development process. The strength of our products has always been that they are a collaborative effort between our programmers and our customers.”

“We’re excited about our first-ever cross-industry Lunch & Learn in Denver,” said Chelsea Walker, tradeshow and events coordinator. “And we greatly appreciate the hospitality of the Tivoli Student Union, an EMS customer, in volunteering to host the event.” To register for the free session, go to www.regonline.com/denverlunch.
