2009 EMS Users Conference
We invite all EMS customers to join us for the 2009 EMS Users Conference in beautiful
Vail, Colorado, September 13th-16th. The conference
will take place in the heart of the Rocky Mountains at the best time of year in Colorado - autumn.
The Vail Marriott Mountain Resort & Spa will be our conference host.
The annual EMS Users Conference never fails to bring in customers from all industries, and proves
to be a great resource for networking and learning new techniques for those in the scheduling and
calendar management professions. Don’t miss this worthwhile opportunity to learn more about getting
the most from your EMS system and to meet and mingle with fellow meeting/event coordinators, academic
schedulers and calendar managers.

Special Events
- EMS Pre-Conference Training Clinic: An interactive one-day training session held
on Sunday, September 13th, the day before the main conference. This sesion is designed to give new
users a jump-start in their understanding of EMS
as a foundation for the general conference sessions.
PLEASE NOTE: Additional fee applies for the Pre-Conference Training Clinic. Limited space
available.
- EMS Conference Opening Mixer, Reception and Closing Banquet: Get to know the Dean
Evans & Associates staff and other customers in relaxed and casual atmospheres.

- Networking Opportunities: Discuss scheduling issues, product enhancement suggestions, etc.
with fellow EMS users in market-specific roundtables, educational session Q&A segments,

Registration Fees and Deadlines
Registration for
the 2009 EMS Users Conference is open, and registrations will be accepted through August 1, 2009. Attendees who cancel
their registration on or before August 1 will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee; on or after August 2, no refunds
are given.
