Tentative 2010 EMS Users Conference Schedule

Sunday, September 26

EMS Pre-Conference Training Clinic

8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
The EMS Pre-Conference Training Clinic for new users will consist of a basic overview of EMS lead by our expert EMS Client Services team. Individual classes will be small in size. Each participant will have use of a laptop pre-loaded with EMS for hands-on learning. Continental breakfast and a boxed lunch will be provided.

This is a separate event with very limited availability – it is not included as part of the EMS Users Conference and requires an additional registration fee.

EMS Conference Check-In

3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Please take a few minutes to stop by the EMS Conference Information Desk to check in for the conference.

EMS Conference Welcome Reception

5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Cocktails and light appetizers in an informal setting. Take this opportunity to get to know your fellow attendees and chat with DEA staff.

Monday, September 27

EMS Conference Learning Sessions - Day One

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Scheduled to include a continental breakfast, lunch and a full day of sessions with a few short breaks and a longer break for lunch. Exhibit hall open. Details to be determined.

EMS Conference Gala Dinner Reception

6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Reception hosted by Dean Evan & Associates. Cocktails and heavy hors d'oeuvres served.

Scheduled to include a continental breakfast, lunch and a full day of sessions with a few short breaks and a longer break for lunch. Exhibit hall open. Details to be determined.
