Sunday, September 13^th

EMS Pre-Conference Training Clinic

8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
The EMS Pre-Conference Training Clinic for new users will consist of a basic overview of EMS lead by our expert EMS Client Services team. Individual classes will be small in size. Each participant will have use of a laptop pre-loaded with EMS for hands-on learning. Continental breakfast and a boxed lunch will be provided.

EMS Conference Check-In

3:30 PM - 5:30 PM
Please take a few minutes to stop by the EMS Conference Information Desk to check in for the conference.

EMS Conference Opening Mixer

6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Cocktails and light appetizers in an informal setting around the registration area. Take this opportunity to get to know your fellow attendees and chat with DEA staff.

Scheduled to include a continental breakfast, lunch and a full day of sessions with a few short breaks and a longer break for lunch. Details to be determined.

EMS Conference Reception & Networking (Offsite)

6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Casual get-together hosted by Dean Evan & Associates. Cocktails and heavy appetizers served.

Tuesday, September 15^th

EMS Conference Learning Sessions - Day Two

9:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Scheduled to include a continental breakfast, a full morning of sessions including a short break, lunch and and an abbreviated afternoon session.
