Typically, EMS Master Calendar™ receives many new features in a major update every 12-24 months with continuous improvements and enhancements on an as-needed basis. Below are the highlights from the latest release of EMS Master Calendar, Version 4.0.

What's New in EMS Master Calendar 4.0

• Reporting capability added - This version now includes the ability to create custom reports.  Users can construct their own custom field/data extracts via the Query Builder and results can be exported to PDF or Microsoft Excel.  In addition, various built-in reports are included such as a Users List, User Templates List, Calendars List, Connectors List, Manage Events List and Default Settings List.
• Mobile browser optimization - A simple calendar page optimized for mobile device browsers is now available.
• New theme designs - Additional theme and icon options have been created to enhance the appearance of your site.
• Additional language support - Master Calendar now supports language translation for all labels, menus and help text.
• Enhanced customization for email notifications - An option is now available to include a customized email header in all automated emails sent including subscription, reminders and change notifications.
• Advanced subscription area added - A new Subscription area has been built that allows administrators to view all active subscriptions for your calendars. Email addresses can be viewed, exported and deleted if necessary.
• Single "digest" emails for multiple calendar subscriptions - Users subscribed to multiple calendars or receiving approval for an event posted to multiple calendars will now only receive one "digest" email.
• Direct event URLs - A View Link option is now available on the Event Details page that displays a URL that can be used to link directly to the event.
• Import file enhancements - Event Type and Description have been added to the import file specifications. In addition, the ability to import up to two custom field names/descriptions has been added.
• Image customization for re-occuring events - Unique images can be applied to individual events of a multi-occurrence event.
