Centralized Source of Distributed Information

Designed to be a centralized source of event information, the EMS Master Calendar's data can come from a wide variety of sources, including activities entered directly into specific departmental calendars, data imported automatically from other EMS room scheduling systems, as well as event information imported in a variety of file formats that may come from other scheduling/calendaring systems (importing requires the optional Data Connector Module).

Powerful, Flexible End User Interface

In addition to all the standard features you'd expect in a calendaring system (like calendar and list views by day, week month and year), the EMS Master Calendar also provides an array of sophisticated features that sets it apart. End users are able to slice and dice event information in endless ways, including the ability to view "combined" calendars, filter by event type or location, and even do keyword searches. Users can "Email a Friend", add events to their own personal calendar, access data via RSS feeds, and even subscribe to calendars for up-to-the-minute alerts on new or changed events.
