EMS Software Online Training

Ideal for getting up to speed quickly on your EMS room scheduling, calendaring or registration/survey software, online training is a flexible, cost-effective way to make the most of your system. Sessions take place over the internet using a state-of-the-art web conferencing system that creates a link between your computer and the trainer's. No complicated set-up is required; simply log-in, sit back and start learning!

Online training can give you all the information you need to start making reservations and posting event information online or can be helpful in preparing for a visit from a trainer/consultant.

A number of online training packages are available for purchase and can be scheduled as needed. In addition to those listed below, custom online training can also be quoted on an hourly basis.

Introduction to EMS for the New User (2 Hours)

This training is designed to help new users understand how to make and edit reservations, find information and run reports. The session includes:

• 2 hours of instruction on using the primary booking, browsing and reporting functions in EMS

Understanding EMS Master Calendar™ (4 Hours)

Perfect if you are new to Master Calendar, this session involves:

• 2-3 hours of instruction on configuring Master Calendar
• 1 hour of instruction on using the system as a calendar manager

Understanding EMS Regics® (4 Hours)

Perfect if you are new to Regics, this session involves:

• 2-3 hours of instruction on configuring Regics
• 1 hour of instruction on using the system as an event registration/survey manager

Configuring and Using EMS for Catering (2 Hours)

This session is designed for organizations that want to begin using the catering functionality in EMS. It covers:

• Configuring your catering categories

Billing and Invoicing in EMS (2 Hours)
