Training and Consulting

Delivering user friendly, well-documented software is a priority at Dean Evans and Associates. However, there is no substitute for experience. Spending time (in person or online) with one of our knowledgeable trainer/consultants can help bring you up to speed quickly and ensure that you get the most out of your system. Training can be presented in a number of ways:

  • Online - Using web conferencing software that links your computer to the trainer's
  • At the EMS Training Center - Near our corporate headquarters in Denver
  • Onsite - Our trainer/consultant travels to your facility

Sessions take place over the Internet using a state-of-the-art web conferencing system that creates a link between your computer and the trainer's. No complicated set-up is required; simply log-in, sit back and start learning! Online training can also be helpful in preparing for a trip to the EMS Training Center or an onsite visit from a trainer/consultant. Access to regularly scheduled EMS Lite training sessions is free (click here for the course schedule); other online training is quoted on an hourly basis.
