Exhibit space at the 2008 EMS Users Conference is available to our Corporate Partners as well as other organizations whose products and services may be of interest to EMS software users. In addition to the exhibit space, we strive to provide our customers and exhibitors with a variety of opportunities to connect during the conference.

Exhibitor space is limited - early registration is encouraged!

EMS Users Conference Overview

Conference Attendees:
EMS Users Conferences are typically attended by nearly 300 customers from around the U.S. and abroad. Our clients come from a wide range of industries and settings, including higher education, corporations, K-12 education, healthcare, religious organizations, government, convention centers, arenas/performing arts venues and law firms. EMS conference attendees are experts in their fields and have a direct impact on the purchasing decisions made for their facilities.

Pre-Conference Shipping Address and Details The hotel’s receiving entrance is open Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Any materials sent to the Hotel must be labeled as follows:

Due to limited storage capabilities please do not ship materials more than two (2) days prior to the start of your convention. Only meeting planner materials will be accepted. Vendor or exhibit freight will not be accepted through the hotel. Contact the Convention Services Manager to guarantee receiving and storage arrangements. $10.00 per box or $200.00 per pallet handling fee will be charged for shipments received and handled by the Hyatt Regency Denver.

Registration Packages

We are offering two separate packages for organizations interested in presenting information at this year’s Users Conference. The first option is an exhibitor package, which offers companies a booth in our exhibit hall for attendees to visit during and in-between sessions. This option includes the opportunity to host one or two sessions. The second option is a speaker package, which allows organization representatives to host one or two sessions during normal session hours for conference attendees.

  • Tabletop display in conference area foyer during session block times on Tuesday and Wednesday, July 22-23. Electricity will be provided, please be sure to bring adequate extension cords and power strips.

Cancellation Policy and Payment Terms

EMS Users Conference Cancellation Policy
The cancellation deadline for a partial refund is June 22, 2008. All cancellations received on or before June 22, 2008 will be credited all fees paid less a $50.00 processing charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after June 23, 2008.

EMS Users Conference Payment Terms
Payment for all conference fees is due at the time of registration. Credit card payments will be processed immediately and a receipt will be mailed. If you choose payment by check or purchase order, we will invoice you with Net 30 terms (please note we require a copy of the PO via fax within 10 days, otherwise your registration is subject to cancellation). Your registration status will remain "Pending" and a spot is not guaranteed until fees are paid in full; a registration "Confirmation" will be emailed after we process payment. If payment is not received before June 22, 2008, your registration will be cancelled. All fees are listed in U.S. dollars.
