hosting the Democratic National Convention in August and hotel rooms in the greater Denver
area are either already sold out or being sold at more than double the usual rate during the
months of July and August.

Air and Ground Transportation
Denver International Airport
(DEN) is approximately 25 miles east of downtown Denver.
Transportation to and from the airport is not included as part of the conference fee.
There are a number of convenient and economical public
transportation options including buses, taxis, shuttles and limousines. If you choose
to rent a car instead, keep in mind that parking at the Hyatt Regency Downtown is $21 per day.

Getting around Downtown Denver without a car is simple. The
Regional Transportation District
(RTD) operates a Light Rail system, bus lines and a complimentary shuttle running
