Last Year

2007 EMS Users Conference logo August 2007 brought a record 250 EMS customers to beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado for the sixth annual, and “best yet” (according to many attendees), EMS Users Conference. After two and a half days of training sessions, attendees left with a deeper understanding of how to get the most out of their products, including a whole array of helpful software tips and tricks.

The conference also provided an excellent forum for attendees to network with their peers, a chance to experience the Rocky Mountains at their peak (literally) of summer beauty, and most importantly, the opportunity for the Dean Evans & Associates staff to meet with our clients and express our appreciation for their continued support.

The second annual Pre-Conference Training Clinic, an intensive one-day session, offered new EMS users the chance to quickly learn system basics by interacting directly with our Client Services team in a small-class setting.

Over 80 general sessions covered EMS features (current and upcoming) in detail. Most sessions were taught by Dean Evans & Associates consultants, programmers and sales reps. Other presenters included a handful of customers sharing their EMS tips, and an array of our corporate partners demonstrating how their products integrate with EMS.

For the first time ever, a conference afternoon was left completely free of sessions to give attendees the chance to stroll around charming downtown Breckenridge, try their hand at an adventurous activity like whitewater rafting, or participate in scheduled historic walking tours, gold mine treks and ski-lift rides.

As always, the opening reception and closing banquet made the conference. Featuring local musicians and excellent cuisine, these events helped show attendees just how important our clients are to us.
