The main focus of the EMS Users Conference is for attendees to learn, share and discuss popular
topics regarding EMS and the scheduling and calendaring industry. The conference offers over
80 educational sessions, panel discussions and product demonstrations - each specific to a
certain aspect of EMS.
In addition to these educational sessions, attendees are encouraged to visit the EMS Resource
Lab for one-on-one consultation and to browse our partner exhibits to learn about complementing
products and services.
Small Group Training for Beginning through Advanced Users:
EMS Pre-Conference Training Clinic
Please note: The Pre-Conference Training Clinic is now full. If you would like to participate,
please mark the pre-conference option on your registration and you will be added to the
waiting list. If there are cancellations, replacements will be added based on the order
in which they joined the waiting list.
This one-day training clinic gives a small number of EMS users the opportunity to explore
the software in a more hands-on, interactive environment. Held the day before general sessions
begin, the Pre-Conference Training Clinic gives new users and seasoned users alike a chance to
explore the basics of EMS with the expert EMS Client Services team. Each student will have
access to a laptop preloaded with EMS to follow along with their instructor and become familiar
with the software. To keep class sizes small, availability is extremely limited.
Continental breakfast and a boxed lunch will be provided on Monday to Pre-Conference attendees.

A variety of session topics run concurrently in each session block to allow attendees to
choose presentations they find of interest. Sessions are typically 45-60 minutes, with time
set aside at the end for Q&A.
The "panel discussion" educational sessions are an excellent
