EMS Pre-Conference Training Clinic
8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
The EMS Pre-Conference Training Clinic will consist of a basic overview of EMS lead
by our expert EMS Client Services team. Individual classes will be small in
size. Each participant will have use of a laptop pre-loaded
with EMS for hands-on learning. Continental breakfast and a boxed lunch will be provided.
*** This is a separate event with limited availability – Not included as part
of the EMS Conference Program or Conference Registration Fees***

3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Please take a few minutes to stop by the EMS Conference Information Desk to check in
for the conference.
EMS Conference Welcome Reception
6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Cocktails and appetizers in an informal setting around the registration area. Take
this opportunity to get to know your fellow attendees and chat with DEA staff.
Tuesday, July 22nd

7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
If you have not already done so, please take a few minutes to stop by the EMS
Conference Information Desk to check in for the conference.

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
A full day of sessions with a few short breaks and a longer break for lunch.
EMS Casual Reception & Networking (Offsite)
6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Casual get-together hosted by Dean Evan & Associates. Cocktails served.
Wednesday, July 23rd
EMS Conference Learning Sessions - Day Two
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
A full day of sessions with a few short breaks and a longer break for lunch.
Dinner and Evening On Your Own
Take the evening to experience downtown Denver, including the shops, restaurants
and vibrant atmosphere.
Thursday, July 24th
EMS Conference Learning Sessions - Day Three
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
A half day of sessions, with a short mid-morning break.
Lunch and Afternoon On Your Own/EMS-Coordinated Tours
12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Take the afternoon to explore all that Denver has to offer. Or, participate
in one of our coordinated tours. More information to follow.
EMS Conference Banquet
6:00 PM Cocktail Reception
7:00 pm Dinner
