Typically, EMS RegicsĀ® receives many new features in a major update every 12-24 months with continuous improvements and enhancements on an as-needed basis. Below are the highlights from the latest release of EMS Regics, Version 1.1.

What's New in EMS Regics 1.1

  • Payment pages - The ability to integrate with various third party hosted payment page solutions is now an option, making it simple to accept online credit card payments
  • Custom payment methods - Additional payment flexibility is available in the form of custom payment methods that can be added to the system; get paid however it works best for you and your customers!
  • New "Event Dashboard" - All event manager functions including registration management and reporting have been consolidated on one easy-to-navigate page, making it even simpler to oversee and analyze your registrations and surveys
  • More robust reporting - A number of powerful reporting enhancements are now available: a Query Builder for custom field/data extracts that can be exported to PDF or Microsoft Excel, an Event Detail list that exports attendee information and registration responses to Excel, an Attendee Snapshot that provides a detailed vertical listing of all attendees and their individual registration responses, and an Event Snapshot that includes a summary of attendee registration responses by date range including the total number, % of total, % of quantity and revenue
  • Custom registrant fields - Collect the information that's important to you through custom registrant fields that you define!
  • The shortest distance... - Create a "friendly" URL to simplify access to registrations and surveys
  • Enhanced change tracking - An extensive audit log of changes made to a registration or survey is now available. The addition of a Notes field also allows you to track correspondence related to a specific registration
  • Sign me up! - Event managers can now manually complete a registration on behalf of an attendee
  • Invitation Only events - The system now allows you to create "closed" events to which you invite a specific group of attendees. Create the attendee list manually or import from Excel
  • Registrant re-confirm - Remind registrants of their events by manually resending the event confirmation
  • What's on the Wait List? - Stay on top of your Wait List to ensure cancellations or additional event openings are filled promptly! The system now notifies you whenever a wait listed registration is created
